Periodic defect analysis drives improvements, resulting in narrower acceptable limits on subsequent production runs, ensuring consistent quality outcomes.Our calibration procedures meet MIL-STD-45662A, and our QA sampling plan complies with MIL-STD-105E standards. Utilizing advanced technology such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM), we conduct in-process and final mechanical inspections of vacuum chambers and other complex or close-tolerance parts.
