UHV Bellows Sealed

Linear rotary feedthroughs are offered in magnetically coupled, bellows sealed, and differentially pumped FKM o-ring sealed versions. These feedthroughs are normally manually actuated. Typically these feedthroughs are used for sample introduction or manipulation. This feedthrough is a stand-alone device or used when coupled with a gearbox to control polar and azimuthal rotation of a sample.
