Industrial Base Plate Features

PV V&E’s base vacuum pump plates and vacuum fixture plates are manufactured from 304 stainless material for improved durability, performance, and corrosion resistance. Our sleek, lightweight base plates hold up to long-term, high-volume vacuum system demands across various industrial applications.

While standard base plates have a glass bead finish, we also offer electropolished finish options recommended for ultra-high vacuum surface science chambers that operate at pressures in the 1x10-11 Torr range. Our base plates fit a vacuum range of 1 · 10-8 mbar to 1 bar and have an impressive temperature range of 20 °C to 200 °C. All base plates include one FKM O-ring.

Bell Jar Features

Our bell jars are supplied with a single dovetail grooved base flange, which can mate to a feedthrough collar or baseplate. A single 4" ID glass viewport and a coordinating lifting lug are included.
