Model SAC-12 300CF & SAC-12WS Surface Analysis Chamber Models

Spherical Vacuum Chamber Specifications
Both the SAC-12 300CF & SAC-12WS are manufactured from 304 stainless steel. Each model features 17 analysis ports and can be electropolished with additional customization options. The primary difference is that the SAC-12CF has a Base Flange Size of DN 300 CF (15” OD), while the SAC-12WS has a slightly larger Base Flange Size of 300 WS (14.62” OD).Vacuum-fired 316L stainless steel, electropolishing, and metal seals are recommended for ultra-high vacuum surface science chambers that operate at pressures in the 1x10-11 Torr range. Additionally, PV V&E can fabricate vacuum chambers in a range of shapes and sizes with doors, stands, water jackets, and Mumetal shields.
