ISO 9001:2015 Certified - Nor-Cal Products, Inc dba Pfeiffer Vacuum Valves & Engineering is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company that has also received SSQA Preferred Supplier status from two large semiconductor equipment manufacturers. Our Quality Management System also supports MIL-Q-9858 and MIL-I45208 Quality Program Requirements and ANSI/ASQC C1 General Quality Program Requirements. Ongoing efforts are made to control and improve manufacturing processes. Periodic defect analysis results in process improvements with narrower acceptable limits on subsequent production runs. Our calibration procedures meet MIL-STD-45662A, and our QA sampling plan meets MIL-STD-105E. A coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is used for in-process and final mechanical inspections of vacuum chambers and other complex or close tolerance parts. CMM printouts of chamber final inspections can be furnished upon request.
