Sample Transfer Systems w/Loadlock
Pfeffer Vacuum Valves & Engineering's Sample Transfer System (STS) allows easy, forgiving sample transfer from a rotary/linear feedthrough positioned in a loadlock chamber to the sample dock mounted inside the vacuum chamber. Systems are available for sample sizes ranging from .5 to 3 inches, with custom sizes available upon request. Each STS system normally includes two platens, a transfer fork, and receiving dock customer fitted to interface with the user's specific vacuum system.
