The SAC‑12WS is a spherical surface analysis chamber made from 304 stainless steel, electropolished inside and out. It includes seventeen CF-flanged analysis ports and a 14.62″ (DN300 WS) wire-seal pumping flange. Engineered for demanding UHV applications, the chamber is bakeable to 450 °C, leak-tested to <1×10⁻⁹ cc/sec, and capable of sustaining pressures in the ~1×10⁻¹⁰ mbar range. With its flexible port geometry and clean fabrication, the SAC‑12WS is ideal for surface science experimental setups that require multiple access points.
