All transactions are governed by our Terms & Conditions. Returns are not accepted without prior written authorization from the Seller.
- All products ship Ex Works (EXW) Seller’s facility; risk of loss transfers to the Buyer at shipment.
- Buyers are responsible for all shipping, insurance, duties, and transportation costs.
- Products must be inspected upon receipt. Any shipping damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
- Warranty, service, repair, or exchange returns require written approval and must follow the procedures outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
- Products determined to be non-defective may be subject to evaluation, repair, and return shipping charges.
- No refunds or exchanges are provided unless expressly stated in writing.
