Buyer acknowledges that installation or service by any unauthorized party may compromise the product’s performance, safety, or reliability. Buyer assumes all risk associated with such actions. Seller disclaims all liability for any damage, malfunction, or failure resulting from installation or service by unauthorized parties. Use of Busch Group–trained technicians is strongly recommended.

All products, services, software, technology, and related materials are subject to applicable export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, UN sanctions, and EU trade restrictions. Buyer shall not export, re-export, transfer, or disclose any such items in violation of applicable law, nor engage in conduct that would cause Seller to breach the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act or similar anti-corruption laws. Buyer is solely responsible for compliance and shall indemnify and hold harmless Seller from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out or related to any breach of this provision by Buyer or its agents, representatives, or transferees.
