Bell Jar Seal for 24in Vacuum Bell Jar

The 2400‑OR is a precision bell jar seal (FKM O-ring) engineered for use with Nor‑Cal’s BJ‑2400‑EP 24″ electropolished vacuum bell jar. With a 24.08″ inner diameter and 0.277″ thickness, this seal securely seats into the dovetail groove of the bell jar base flange. Crafted from durable FKM (Viton®), it supports operating temperatures from −20 °C to 200 °C and helps maintain high vacuum integrity down to ~1×10⁻⁸ mbar. Ideal for demanding applications in R&D, industrial, and cleanroom environments.
