24in Electropolished Vacuum Base Plate

The BP‑2400‑EP is a high-precision vacuum base plate made from 304 stainless steel with an electropolished finish, compatible with Nor‑Cal’s 24″ bell jars and 24″ feedthrough collars. Featuring a standard FKM (Viton®) O‑ring seal seated in a dovetail groove, it supports vacuum levels down to ~1×10⁻⁸ mbar and operates reliably between −20 °C and 200 °C. Designed for demanding laboratory, industrial, and semiconductor environments where tight sealing and material integrity are paramount.
