The BP‑1800‑EP is a high-performance vacuum base plate crafted from 304 stainless steel with a clean electropolished finish. Designed to interface with Nor‑Cal’s 18″ bell jars and feedthrough collars, it includes a standard FKM (Viton®) O‑ring and features a dovetail groove seal for secure integration. Rated for vacuum conditions down to ~1×10⁻⁸ mbar and operating temperatures from −20 °C to 200 °C, this base plate delivers dependable performance in demanding R&D, industrial, and semiconductor vacuum systems.
