12in Electropolished Vacuum Base Plate

The BP‑1200‑EP is a high-precision vacuum base plate crafted from 304 stainless steel with an electropolished finish. Designed for use with Nor‑Cal’s 12″ bell jars and feedthrough collars, it includes a standard FKM (Viton®) O‑ring seal and features a dovetail groove compatible with Nor‑Cal modular components. Engineered to support vacuum levels down to ~1 × 10⁻⁸ mbar and operate between −20 °C and 200 °C, this base plate provides robust, clean, and reliable performance for R&D and industrial vacuum systems.
