Ball Valves for Vacuum Applications
Nor-Cal Products’ manual or pneumatically operated ball valves are designed specifically for vacuum applications. Machined stainless steel bodies and balls, double O-ring sealed stems, and Teflon seats provide high reliability and vacuum integrity in corrosive or “dirty” processes, such as MOCVD. They are available with NW-16 through NW-50 flanges as standards. Heater jackets are also available to reduce buildup of process byproducts inside the valve. |
